The tender submission must comply with requirements raised in the tender documents and it must be in computer typed PDF file. Bidders are required to submit their financial and technical documents separately clearly labelling the tender reference number and technical and financial documents separately.
Due to the poor network in the region, manual bidding arrangements are also accepted, dropping the tender documents into the Tender Box at UNHCR Melkadida Sub Office.
