‘Eurika’ Yebego Adragot Dirigit is a local Non-Governmental Organization registered with the Ethiopian Agency for Civil Society Organizations (ACSO) under certificate No. 4377. Our social purpose is to pursue any action seeking a sustainable progress of children’s rights & well-being through humanitarian and development projects.
Our organization is currently based in Arba Minch, Southern Nations, Nationalities & Peoples’ Region and due to start shortly a new action in the Amhara region (Gondar city, Debre Berhan and surrounding areas). We are active in the fields of education, nutrition and child protection and actively work to tackle gender-based violence.
We hereby invite legally-constituted, Ethiopian vendors of stationaries established in Addis Ababa to submit their bids in order to supply Eurika with the following items:

Bids shall contain: 1/ Technical specification / photos demonstrating compliance of the offered items with the above mentioned request; 2/ a price quotation per unit, including value added tax (VAT); 3/ the delivery time and bid validity; and 4/ the supplier’s renewed trade & business licenses, as well as its VAT & TIN registration certificates and latest tax clearance certificate. Our evaluation criteria will prioritize price, but will also consider quality. We may contact short-listed bidders to inspect a sample of the solicited items before signing the purchase order.
The bids should be signed by the relevant authority and submitted in PDF format – as our team is based out of Addis Ababa, they shall be sent to: contact@eurika.ngo. The deadline for submission is 15 calendar days after the advertisement date. Please note that Eurika reserves the right to reject all or part of any bid.
