MOGADISHU (Somaliguardian) – A defense cooperation agreement signed with Kenya was among a number of bills ratified by Somalia’s cabinet in a meeting held in Mogadishu on Thursday, the Premier’s office said in a statement.
An agreement on the promotion and protection of investment between Somalia and the United Arab Emirates, environmental assessment regulations and the National Higher Education Act were also approved by the cabinet.
