MOGADISHU (Somaliguardian) – Somaliland President Muse Bihi Abdi on Sunday issued a decree setting the break-away region’s presidential election for November 13, a day after the National Election Commission (NEC) issued a new timetable for the upcoming vote.
Bihi endorsed the NEC announcement that the break-away region will head to the polls on November 13 after years-long delay and long-standing dispute between the government and opposition parties.
