Organization for Welfare and Development in Action (OWDA) is a national non-governmental humanitarian organization established in 1999 in jigjiga Ethiopia, serving pastorals and agro-pastoral communities in the Ethiopian Somali Regional State. OWDA has received fund from a from UNICEF for Implementation of a project entitled WASH rapid response to communities affected by war that took place in the Las ‘Anod woreda in Sool Zone of Somalia which were resettled in Bokh and Danod district of Dollo zone, Somali region.

The purpose of this advertisement is to invite competent contractors for the construction of Rehabilitation of institutional latrines at health facilities/ schools, Water-scheme rehabilitation, and Installation and construction of semi-permanent latrines as per the following details

Interested Contractors qualified and legally registered in Ethiopia for construction works and have valid trading licenses, meet their tax obligations may obtain, the complete set of tendering documents at the following OWDA Office during office hours:

The tendering is from June 18^th, 2023- to July 3^rd, 2023.

The deadline for picking the tender documents is June 3^th, 2023, 3:30 pm and submission of tender is July 4^th, 2023, 10:00AM.

 Bids shall be opened at the OWDA Jigjiga office on 4^th July 2023, 10:30 Am in the presence of tenders who may wish to attend.

The Organization for Welfare and Development in Action reserves the right to reject the whole or part of any or all Tender
