Addis Ababa, June 24, 2024 (Addis Walta) African aviation giant, Ethiopian Airlines, crowned for the 7th consecutive times as best African Airlines of 2024 by SkyTrax Awards held today at London Fermont Windsor Park.
In addition, Ethiopian awarded in three categories-Best Business Class in Africa, Best Economic Class in Africa and Best Economic Class Onboard Catering in Africa.

Following Ethiopian Airlines, Royal Air Maroc, South African Airways, Kenyan Airways and RwandAir took 2nd to 5th position in Africa respectively.
Ethiopian Airlines ranked 36th in the global ranking, one rank lower than last year while Royal Air Maroc comes 55th from the continent.
Qatar airway reclaimed its world best Airlines position for the 8th times in 25 years, which was taken by Singapore Airlines last year. Singapore Airlines slipped 2nd position this year.
Emirates, ANA All Nippon Airways, Cathay Pacific Airways and Japan Airlines respectively ranked from 3rd to 6th position, according to SkyTrax Airlines Award.
